Hat Parade & Tea Party
Our inaugural hat parade and tea party event took place on April 26th, and was a fun-filled success with fifty community members gathering to walk together with a wide assortment of hats!
Red Deer was one of four cities across Canada to participate in this worldwide event (the others being Toronto, Brampton, and Vancouver).
